BrewGraph turns iSpindel, Gravitymon, or Tilt readings into a gravity chart for each batch. The free hosted beta also tracks storage vessels and what is on tap. Self Hosted adds pressure, pours, chamber control, and completion estimates.
Self Hosted is available today. The free hosted beta is invite-only, with gravity monitoring, batches, storage vessels, and taps.
BrewGraph Hosted is invite-only while we ramp up capacity. Sign up and we'll let you in as beta places open.
The waitlist is run by Clerk, our sign-in provider. When a place opens you get an invitation email with a link to create your account using an email address and password, or Google. The first sign-in from a new browser or device asks you to enter a one-time code sent by email; then you land in the app. See the privacy policy.
BrewGraph isn't a recipe manager or a water chemistry calculator — it's a monitoring platform that plugs into the brew-day tools you already use, including Brewfather batch import, and covers everything from pitch to pour: fermentation, conditioning, and the keg or bottle it ends up in.
Every active batch shows a small live chart, current gravity and the temperature sent with it, plus estimated alcohol and fermentation progress — updated live as readings come in.
An ML model estimates hours until your batch hits final gravity, based on style, current trajectory, and temperature — so you know roughly when to check back.
Attach a temperature step schedule to a batch and let a connected chamber controller hold each set point automatically — or get a manual notification when it's time to adjust yourself.
Native support for the gravity sensors brewers already run, plus Tilt Hydrometer via TiltBridge — no proprietary hardware required. A built-in formula editor calibrates your iSpindel or Gravitymon from your own reference points.
Track packaged beer in kegs or bottles and see what is on tap. Pour tracking and pressure-based carbonation are coming soon to Cloud Hosted.
Time-stamped tasting and process notes overlaid right on the gravity chart, plus a built-in yeast strain library and one-click Brewfather batch import.
BrewGraph is not tied to proprietary hardware. It brings common gravity and temperature signals into one brewing workflow. Pressure and pour devices work self-hosted and are coming soon on Cloud Hosted.

The free hosted beta focuses on gravity monitoring and brewing records. The device-health and pour features below are available on Self Hosted; they are coming soon to Cloud Hosted.
Pulling a device out to check on it, or a stuck sensor, produces a gravity reading that's nowhere near plausible — brewers on other platforms have asked for a way to manually strip these out of their fermentation graph. BrewGraph checks every incoming reading against your batch's OG/FG targets (±10%) and automatically excludes anything outside that range from charts and ML input — no manual cleanup required, and you can always un-exclude a reading if the automatic call was wrong.
A dead iSpindel mid-fermentation is a known way to lose the rest of a batch's data — brewers have reported readings stopping cold with no warning until a recharge. BrewGraph fits a decay curve to recent battery voltage and predicts hours remaining, flagging the device as low well before it actually goes dark.
Brewers have built their own DIY scale-and-Arduino rigs just to get a warning before a keg runs dry mid-pour. BrewGraph tracks pours per vessel and estimates days until empty, so the tap card flags a keg as low before it's all foam.
Losing WiFi mid-fermentation is a recurring complaint in the DIY-sensor world — brewers have reported devices that silently stop connecting after a router change, or that never settle into a stable connection at all. BrewGraph can't fix a device's WiFi hardware or firmware, but it establishes a rolling signal-strength baseline per device and flags gradual weakening or inconsistent reporting intervals early, so you find out from an in-app warning instead of a gap in your chart.
A device that goes quiet after its first reading — and just stays quiet — is easy to miss until you check on it days later. BrewGraph learns each device's normal reporting interval from its first readings and puts a subtle indicator on the device health view when a gap runs long, without a push notification for every minor variance. It's informational, not an alarm — just enough to catch a device that's stopped reporting before it becomes a surprise.
Fermentation rarely follows the schedule printed on a recipe. BrewGraph uses the live gravity curve to help you time dry hopping at the gravity you intended — rather than adding hops just because day five arrived.
BrewGraph is open-source at its core. The self-hosted and hosted versions aren't identical products: each has a different set of available features.

A short, plain-language summary, not a legal document. The full privacy policy and terms of service apply to the hosted service.
Authentication on the hosted version is handled entirely by Clerk, our identity provider. BrewGraph never sees or stores your password — we only receive a signed token confirming who you are.
Per-batch data export is available, and a full-account export is available when closing your account — both satisfy GDPR Article 20 data portability. Closing your account deletes your data after a 30-day recovery window; copies in backups can remain for up to 60 days in total.
Run the OSS build on your own server and your data never leaves your own infrastructure — no server we operate, hosted or otherwise, is ever in the loop.
On the hosted version, brewing process data (readings, batch outcomes) may be used to improve BrewGraph's prediction models and recommendations. Self-hosted data is never seen by us and is never included. See the terms of service.
