Getting Started#
Cloud Hosted
Note
Cloud Hosted is launching as an invite-only beta. Join the waitlist to receive an invitation as beta places open. Do not rely on beta access for a time-critical brew until you have received and tested your invitation.
The hosted version skips the install step entirely — there’s no server to run, no Docker Compose file, no database to manage.
Join the waitlist at accounts.brewgraph.com/waitlist. When a place opens during the beta you get an email invitation to create your account.
Create your account. Use the link in your invitation email, then choose an email address and password or continue with Google.
Confirm your sign-in. The first time you sign in from a new browser or device, enter the one-time code emailed to you. You then land in the app.
Add a gravity device. Choose iSpindel, Gravitymon, or Tilt via TiltBridge. Copy the token shown once for that device.
Configure your device with that token and the reading address shown in BrewGraph. See Devices and Device Ingest API for examples.
Create a batch — manually, or import from Brewfather or BeerXML — and assign the device to it.
During beta#
Cloud Hosted manages the service, updates, and backups. Your account still has limits for gravity devices, batches, taps, vessels, and stored gravity readings. Review Limits before connecting a device that reports frequently.
Use the Support page in the app for setup problems or beta feedback. Keep your device token private: it identifies the device that is allowed to send readings to your account.
See Limits for the limits that apply during the beta.
